Courier Details – UK

All unframed or pre-framed orders sent to England and Wales are sent by FedEX & Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-10 working days so you should receive your orders within 3-5 days after shipment. Please give us a daytime address as all orders have to be signed for.

Courier Details – International (non-UK)

All international orders for framed and unframed products are sent by FedEx. All framed items take between 7-10 working days to create, once dispatched the times below apply.

For all international order you will be emailed a FedEx tracking code and contact details for FedEx if you need to speak to someone about your order. We ask you supply a recipient's phone number too, in case our courier has trouble delivering to you.

Please get in touch with the live chat if your order is especially urgent and needed by a particular date or you think it is taking too long to arrive.

A signature will be required on receipt of your order, so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address when placing your order.

Due to Brexit, some customers may have to pay duties and VAT before or after delivery of the item. The customer is responsible to pay any costs incurred.
