What are the delivery times?

DPD Mainland UK - We offer Tracked and Signed for next day delivery arriving Monday to Sunday (excluding public holidays).

DPD Non-Mainland UK - We offer Tracked and Signed for Delivery estimated arrival within 2 days arriving Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Non-mainland UK postcodes include AB31-35, AB36 - AB38, AB41 - 54, AB55 - 56, FK17 - 21, G83, HS1 - 9, IM, KA27, KA28, KW0 - 17, KW1 - 39, KW0 - 14, PA20 - 78, PH15 - 18, PH19 - 29, PH30 - 41 PH45 - 50, PH49 - 99, TR21 - 25, ZE, BT10 - 99

When do you despatch orders?

Monday - Saturday before 2pm are despatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm on Saturday are despatched the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

How much is the cost of delivery?

Order Value DPD Tracked and Signed for Next Day Delivery - Mainland UK only DPD Tracked and Signed for Delivery (Times Vary) - Non-Mainland UK Orders under £50 £3.50. Orders over £50 Free

What if I'm not home when my order arrives? DPD will leave a card and attempt to deliver the next eligible day for delivery.

My order hasn't arrived yet?

If the delivery date has passed, please contact the customer care team. We will try our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible and investigate the status and whereabouts of your order.

We will endeavour to deliver within the estimated timeframe, however, during busier periods, extreme weather conditions, or product launch events, deliveries may take slightly longer. We will always try our best to keep any temporary changes that impact deliveries to the minimum and always strive to provide the best delivery service possible.

I've pre-ordered, what happens next?

We will endeavour to despatch on the date noted when you initially pre-ordered. If that date changes, we will try to let you know as soon as possible. If your order contains non-pre-orderable items, we will hold your order until all items are available and then despatch within our standard delivery times.
